'Step Ups | How to do Alternating Step Ups | K Squared Fitness'

'How to do the Alternating Step Up:  A) Start by standing in front of the box.  B)  Step one foot on top of the box.  C) Stand up onto the box, placing both feet on top of the box.  D) Squeeze your glutes at the top of the box  D) To step down, you will bring the leg that you raised off the ground first and place it back on the ground to starting position.  E) Repeat on the other side  ----------------------------------------------------------------------  Sample Leg Workout:  Two sets:  Perform each exercise 30 seconds each   1.
